AVERSIVE MEANS POLICY
Positive Reinforcement training does not allow for any aversive methods. The client agrees to:
- NO Shock, Choke, Prong, or Electronic collars
- NO Connecting leashes to collars
- NO Retractable leashes
- NO Squirt bottles
- NO Alpha rolls
- NO Physical manipulations (Holding the mouth shut, Taps on the snout, Pats/hits on the rear end)
If Yess Dog LLC determines that the client is using any of the aforementioned aversive means to govern their dog, training will stop immediately. The client then forfeits the contract, remaining sessions will become non-refundable and Yess Dog LLC will dissolve its relationship with the client.
TRAINING RESCHEDULING Policy
If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, Yess Dog will provide a 1 time free reschedule. If you need to reschedule for a 2nd, 3rd or 4th time, for whatever reason, there will be a $50.00 rescheduling fee for each reschedule. This is to be paid prior to the next training session. If payment is not received, the next session will not be provided until the fee payment is satisfied.
TRAINING CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
NO picture taking, audio recording, video recording, or home security camera recording, of trainer's voice and image without Yess Dog consent.
Any sharing of Yess Dog LLC information with another person that is not listed as a participant in the training is strictly prohibited.
TRAINING SURRENDER Policy
During the scheduled committed training dates if you, surrender your dog to a rescue, gift it to a friend, give the dog back to the breeder, or put the dog up for adoption, you will not be refunded for the remaining sessions. No prorating or transferring of remaining sessions to another individual.
